A: Populate your information on the registration page on this site and a Next Science team member will get in touch with you. Alternatively, you can email customer support at email@example.com.
Q: What information will Accounts require in order to set-up a new client?
A: Basic business contact information including billing and shipping addresses to verify the customer is eligible to receive a 510(k) product. If requesting to establish credit terms with Next Science, an authorization to check the business and credit references is required.
Q: How does distribution/delivery work?
A: Orders are shipped out the same day when received before noon EST, order needing express delivery maybe taken over the phone up to 4 PM EST. Tracking numbers are provided via email upon shipping.
Q: Is there volume discount pricing?
A: Volume discounts is are included in XPERIENCE pricing.
Q: How fast can I get orders and what is the shipping cost?
A: 3-day shipping is included at no cost for all non-palletized orders. Pallet orders are sent ground freight at no cost. Express shipping (24h/2day) is available at cost and is calculated based on the weight of the package, dimensions and where it is being sent.
Q: What is the cut-off time to place orders for next day delivery?
A: 4 PM Eastern Standard Time

A: Yes, the customer service line is 1-855-968-6399. Next Science will follow up with an email to confirm the phone order prior to shipping.

A: SURGX is available in single boxes of 8. XPERIENCE is available in single bags, boxes of 10, and pallets of 480.
Q: Can product be ordered without having a registered account?
A: Orders can be place with basic customer information that allows Next Science to verify the customer is eligible to receive 510(k) medical devices
